Development of receipt generator for Tamoil
Didn’t receive a receipt after refueling or are you looking for that one transaction receipt? The Tamoil customer service employees had their hands full.
“Every day, they spent 15 to 20% of their time searching for and sending transaction receipts. We wanted to change that,” says Danielle Meijer IT administrator at Tamoil.
“All the information was available, but how could we make it easy for our customers to request a receipt themselves?”

“ Through our website builder, we got in touch with T2S. They developed a solution for us that allows Tamoil and T-Energy customers to request their receipt via the website. We found the entire process, from introduction to quote and delivery, very pleasant. The communication was clear, the quote transparent, and the delivery was within the agreed timeframe. ”
Easily download a receipt
As a Tamoil and T-Energy customer, you can download the fuel receipt 24 hours after you have refueled.
Follow the 5 steps below:
- Visit the Tamoil website.
- Select the station where you refueled.
- Select the date and enter the time when you refueled.
- Select the fuel type.
- Download your fuel receipt.
Each fuel receipt remains available for two years, so you can always go back and re-download them if needed.

The solution
The Tamoil Selfservice Portal uses the following technologies:
- the Product Label rendering engine,
- the API, and
- the data platform for the connection with the database.
